About This Role
Join our team as a Marketing Ops Engineer to implement and manage marketing tracking and analytics systems. You will work with marketing teams to ensure accurate data collection, implement tracking pixels, and optimize conversion tracking.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain marketing tracking systems (GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)
Set up conversion tracking and event measurement
Troubleshoot tracking issues and data discrepancies
Work with marketing teams to define tracking requirements
Document tracking implementations and best practices
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data policies
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience with marketing tracking and analytics
Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
Experience with Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other platforms
Understanding of JavaScript and web technologies
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Nice to Have
Experience with server-side tracking implementations
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Experience with conversion rate optimization
