About This Role
We are looking for a UI Engineer to build and maintain our design system. You will work closely with designers and engineers to create a cohesive library of reusable components that power our products and client projects.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a comprehensive design system in React
Create reusable, accessible UI components
Collaborate with designers to translate designs into code
Document components and usage guidelines
Ensure consistency across products and projects
Advocate for accessibility and best practices
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience building UI components in React
Strong understanding of component architecture and composition
Experience with CSS methodologies and modern styling solutions
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Experience with Storybook or similar documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
Bonus Points
Nice to Have
Experience building design systems from scratch
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions
Experience with design tokens and theming
